Shipping

TSS will have the discretion to choose the shipping courier of their choice that will provide the quickest and safest delivery.

If you would like to opt for an Express/Expedited shipping, or a shipping courier of your choice, we may arrange that at an additional cost.

Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged from shipping, please notify us within 24 hours!

Shipping damages require a claim to be made with the shipping courier in order to receive a credit for replacement. 

We will require images and proof of damage in order to send this to the shipping company.
