Returns & Exchanges

In order to get approval for return/exchange, please email us with your order number.

If you would like to exchange or refund a spacer order, we need to be notified within 14 days of receiving your order.

The order will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee and a charge for shipping.

Spacers that can be returned/exchanged must be in NEW condition with all original packaging. The return/exchange will only be determined after the product has arrived to TSS and inspected.

The customer will be responsible to cover ALL shipping costs to and from TSS. Any damages that may occur during the return shipping will NOT be the responsibility of TSS.

Lug nuts, lug bolts and spacers that have been installed or test fitted (with visible scratches and wear) will NOT be accepted as an exchange or refund.
