Refunds

In order to ask for a refund, please email us with your order number.

The product must be in NEW condition with all original packaging and the customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee for all returns. No refunds on products that have been installed.

Customers will be required to pay ALL shipping charges to and from TSS.

No refunds past 30 days of delivery date. 

Restocking fee will also apply to shipments that have been refused/cancelled by the customer. 

A refund will only be issued once the original order has arrived and inspected. Any damages that may occur during the shipment back will be the customer's responsibility.

Processed orders, such as pre-orders, are subjected to a 5% transaction fee upon cancellation and all shipping charges (if applicable).

Restocking fee does not apply to damaged products in shipping, however customers will be required to pay all shipping charges to and from TSS.

Payments for shipping are NOT refundable once the product has been shipped out.
